As I began to mix everything together, I was struck by the wonderful aromas that filled my kitchen.
The recipe called for baking the Tofu Loaf in the oven for about an hour, and as it cooked, I eagerly anticipated the moment when I would finally get to taste my creation. When the timer went off, I carefully removed the loaf from the oven and allowed it to cool for a few minutes before slicing into it.
The first bite of Tofu Loaf was a revelation. The tofu was light and fluffy, with a subtle nutty flavor that was enhanced by the savory herbs and spices. The onions and garlic added a depth of flavor that made each bite more delicious than the last.
