  4. Light the grill and place shrimp on skewers while it's heating.
  5. When the coals are very hot, clean the area where the shrimp will be placed and rub with a bit of canola oil using a rag (please use a mitt).
  6. Immediately place shrimp on greased grill and cook for 2 – 3 minutes. Then, turn and cook for an additional 2 – 3 minutes.
  7. Remove shrimp from skewers and serve hot.
  8. No dipping sauce is required.
  9. This rub also works well on chicken wings!
